Twitter turns red today, not for permanent, but this is to commemorate the world AIDS Day on December 1, 2009. Will Twitter adopt Google Doodles? Probably. : P
Have a look at Google.com, no special doodle displayed, just a notification in bottom of the search bar. Well, it seems Google slightly preceded by Twitter.
