This plugin was developed by BackType, you are able to specify a URL shorteners, specify the color, size and location of the button, and specify what text you would like used for the retweets

This plugin was developed by Sudar, has played almost the same features with the other retweet button. Easy ReTweet have full admin options, you can set the potition, style, display, etc.
