Seomoz has just released a backlink checker called Open Site Explorer (OSE), this service is integrated with Seomoz tool using the Linkscape’s API. For those of you who already have Seomoz account, please login with that account. Linkscape has been indexing 0.8 trillion links, 1.5 trillion URLs, and 63 million root domains, so, I think, it is a very powerful tool to analyze blogs/websites. You can also compare several blogs in one process.
